It's me with the lines, I don't subscribe to writers on Substack and I left X years ago. If you're posting there, you're missing me. (I'm not important in the least, just pointing out that there are people who will not read writers/view videos that are posted on those platforms.)
I repeat myself, but there is no ethical blogging under capitalism, and people gotta draw their own lines, but you should be aware that many people in your potential audience very much have their own lines and you are crossing them.

I wish there was a way to definitively block ads for certain topics. Because Google/YouTube, I will never ever ever subscribe to Sunday Ticket and you need never show me another ad for it ever again.

In my ongoing crusade against the Liquid Glass aspect of iOS 26, I turned on “Show Borders” in Settings>Accessibility > Display & Text Size. It has some unintended consequences but at least I can read the fucking time on my lock screen clock.

New idea: The handle to recline your seat on a plane or coach should be located so that it can only be operated by the person sitting behind you. That way, you have to ask if you can recline and impinge on their space.

I’m so glad I clocked this “coded” shit as bunk when I was young, I’m sure I get slagged off as being “beta” or some shit by some for saying this but I enjoy my life. Like I give a fuck, loser. Go “be a man” and repress your feelings and happiness, die miserable & alone. You “won” but at what cost?
So many men go through life like that. You can play poker because it's right-coded, you can't enjoy fruity alcoholic drinks because they're women-coded, you can't lick an ice cream cone because it's gay-coded. All day, every day, choosing and judging things based on coding for narrow norms.
