Consider having a "pay what you can" type yard sale (you don't even need to be present!) in front of your house, with proceeds going to the fund of your choice from www.standwithminnesota.com
If you feel like you don't have enough time in your day to possibly help with patrols, consider that even 15min to drive through your own neighborhood makes a difference. You don't even have to stick around if you spot an ICE vehicle- communicate it to the active patrolers and keep going.
