This feature can be disabled by going to Invoicing -> Feedback and toggling 'Collect feedback' off there (on a business account, at least)
Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

A detail I think is being generally overlooked is that in the specific text, it's not just about summoning/battling. The patent calls out that there must be two mechanics for battling -in Pokémon, that's either turn-based or the S/V Auto Battles.
