In Super Mario Bros. Wonder, when the player walks directly under a light beam wearing the Invisibility Badge, they temporarily become visible.
This obscure mechanic is basically unused in the original game, but my latest custom level revolves around it.

I am obviously very excited for Wonder's Switch 2 DLC, but I'm also very thrown off by the new talking flower voice actor. I know this was also the case in Mario Party Jamboree TV, but assuming the old voicelines won't be replaced, having the two voices side by side will be odd.

My first custom Mario Wonder "Search Party" level pushes the game's playable background area feature to its limit by stacking several layers on top of each other.

Me and some friends spent over a week remaking the entirety of Super Mario Bros. 1-1 on Wplace. It's made up of over 250k pixels, so it would've taken way longer to make if not for all the kind strangers who helped out.

Really interesting how Donkey Kong Bananza not only allows you to skip the Freezer Layer entirely, but if you progress the story and then backtrack to the world at a later point, the game accounts for this by removing its boss fights and just handing you the bananas.

The wonder effect of my latest custom Super Mario Bros. Wonder level uses multiple "Rift Mario" clones at the same time, which the original game fully supports, but never took advantage of for some reason.

Hilariously, one of the groups of obstacles Mario Kart World's Kamek item can spawn in front of the drivers is a bunch of Bob-ombs.

I'm so glad Mario Kart World seems to feature plenty of relatively difficult P Switch missions.
