Must read here. Aaron's excellent summary of Judge Ellis's factual findings. tldr; ICE agents perjured themselves multiple times and anything they say under oath should not be believed without corroborating evidence.

Let's also not forget this is a man who got an astonishingly low 6.6% of the city's 2024 Presidential election vote, a city he has called "disgusting" and "filthy" and in which he sent the National Guard to occupy it.
