How it feels to apply to 100 jobs and all 100 either do not respond, or automatically decline your application.

I have applied for about 100 jobs at this point in my search for full time employment. I have not gotten a single call back from any position. At this point, I'm not sure what is holding me back from, at the very least, speaking with a real person.

Solving multiplayer in a real-time game has been leagues harder to figure out than anything in "Full-Stack development"

When I interview for a startup and get declined, I get an overwhelming desire to make a small version of their app and make it free.

Been messing with the aesthetic for my #godot game. A little motion adds a lot of value.

While it's the most rewarding feeling to publish your YouTube video and see people engage. It's also wild how much work must go into making a video cohesive, comprehensible and succinct.

A YouTube Short might be 45 seconds long, but it takes me 4 hours of editing to make it FEEL right.

I have been learning how to make YouTube Shorts.

However there is nothing short about making them. You hang on every word and transition to ensure you're keeping a viewers attention. Here is my second every short, I'm honing my craft one video at a time.

I'm so happy that #godot has an asset store!

If you are successfully able to vibe code, it means whatever you are making is already out in the public and has been solved many times over.

LLMs reinforce their learning by seeing similar content repeatedly.

The good stuff still requires a programmer. For it to work right, still requires a human

After quitting my job 5 months ago, I’m so detached from the day of the week. I was out enjoying some air and said, “maybe it’s Tuesday no no, Wednesday”…it’s Friday….

We still have some days to wrap up new features, and this new dev snapshot is fire 🔥

It's sad companies still use leetcode as this pass/fail crap in every interview.

I miss the days where I could just yap with another engineer about what I've worked on. I didn't even mind the little fizzbuzz or array filter question, just to verify I wasn't lying.
