Here’s an alien sculpt I did back in 2020 when they cancels the class I was going to teach because of Covid. Wish I’d gotten a chance to mold and cast this…might have to sculpt it again…

My little business making adult toys, ahhem, platinum silicone dildos that is, has seen its share of challenges. With Covid, Platinum Silicone was nearly $1500 for ten gallons. Pouring a silicone mold with @smoothon.bsky.social Mold Max 29NV. I only have a pressure pot, so this is a pretty ideal rubber for me. I learned the hard way that I need to cure it at the pressure I’m casting resin at, so it’s in the pot.

Did Mina’s first detail layer. She took 700mL of platinum silicone rubber to cover completely.
