does anyone know, the CLOTHING LAYERS can be edit like this?
because i found out there are MANY socks,stocking,legging are using TATTOO layer, it wont allow you to EDIT the length!
if you ever made BOM clothes, try to think of apply the texture on CLOTHING LAYERS!

It is a nice idea and some could get help that way. It takes 8 billion dollars to fund one month of SNAP. That's a lot of gift cards to get with donations. We in Calif and a couple dozen other states are suing the federal government to release these emergency funds.

If i had 8 billion dollars i am ready and willing to give it would not be nearly enough to feed people for a month because it’d be misallocated

The solutions people are coming up with also don't seem to understand that SNAP is the most efficient way of making sure perishable food doesn't go to waste, and all of that's going to end up rotting if SNAP recipients aren't buying it
