Seat: Can you just wait until the investigation is done?

Mockler: That's such a good point. Can you say that to Kristi Noem?

Again, am I missing something, or has there essentially been no consequence for all of these violations?
NEW: It's not just Minnesota, judges across the country are calling out ICE for violating court orders with regularity.

Just so I’m clear—Trump wants the American people to give him $10 billion because HIS OWN administration failed to adequately protect HIS OWN tax records?
Let’s give him credit…. At least the corruption isn’t hidden. He’s doing it right out in the open. The name “Trump” will be treated like Benedict Arnold’s name within the decade

Q: Can you be specific about how many ICE and CBP agents are currently operating in the state?

HOMAN: 3,000. There's been some rotations. They've been in theater a long time. Day after day, can't eat in restaurants, people spin on you, blowing whistles at you. But my main focus now is draw down

ICE's decision to just leave cars abandoned in the roads is one of those dystopian things that makes you recoil in shock when you encounter it.
A legal asylum-seeker who works at Chipotle and plays music at a church in Maine went missing. His pastor searched and searched, eventually finding his abandoned car with the keys on the floor.

ICE grabbed him. No criminal record. No explanation.

How is there no consequence for violating 100 court orders?
NEW: Judge Schiltz thrashed ICE for unprecedented defiance of court orders, often at the expense people's liberty from detention.

But for now, he has withdrawn threat to haul ICE leader Todd Lyons into court for potential sanctions
