I worked at a place where they kept the temperature at 68 indoors, outside it was 90-100, inside I had to wear jackets and hose to keep warm….when it’s summer I want to enjoy summer clothes…

The worse is the 5….oh my god, I had to drive through soup one winter night, heading back from LA…a wall of white as soon as I descended the Tejon pass….from then on I stayed in Santa Clarita till next morning to drive the rest of the way…

This will give us more control on the portions, I hate spaghetti leftovers with sauce. There are certain pastas that I mix, when I make a short rib ragu with Papredelle, rigatoni, fusilli and other short funky shaped pastas that need to be sauced….
