That's very true, but I will say that, while GOP Presidents tend to use the military to violate other nations' more often, Democrats do it quite a bit, as well. It is truly bipartisan.n

Is the public likely to be outraged by (yet another) US violation of international law as it flexes its military might? Or are they likely to generally not be very bothered?

I suspect the latter, which means Democrats will probably do absolutely nothing and try to move on to "real issues."
