What happened in Chanhassen today should never happen in America. ICE and DHS agents trapped two people onto a roof in sub-zero conditions. They were denied legal representation. ICE had no judicial warrant.

2. Intercompany charges from providers must be at Medicare pricing (end MLR gaming)
3. Drugs must be priced at net during deductible phase
