@simplybastow.com do you have any suggestions for teams that are going 0-to-1 for an enterprise product?

Enterprise sales cycles need commitment to features.

If the team works in a Now-Next-Later framework, it seems like you can't start the sales cycle until you have MVP. Am I wrong?

Traditional roadmaps are long gone. However, @simplybastow.com's Now, Next, Later model makes a lot of sense.

You can get away with 1Q stuff in small companies. Larger companies require much more planning and need a way for departments and organizations to align. A roadmap makes this easier.

In fact, feature or product removal is often the smartest decision a Product Manager can make to improve focus and free up resources for what really matters.

In honour of being moved to the fungi servers, here's a fun fact about Amanita muscaria AKA fly agaric: It can cause hallucinations! Its psychoactive compounds like muscimol have even sparked theories about influencing imagery of Santa Claus's flying reindeer & is used in Siberian shamanic rituals 🍄

I'm so happy that we, like... *have* Super Mario.
Like, that it exists in the form its in right now at all.

I can't imagine someone pitching, from scratch, a jovial all-ages game about two middle-aged plumbers jumping around a mushroom-themed fairy tale world to a modern game/animation studio.

Science fact: due to a rare genetic mutation cats always generate a small bubble of weekend that completely envelops them.

There was some research into making the bubbles human-sized. But it included making the cats human-sized, which turned out to be inadvisable.
