I’m not the first and won’t be the last but this hit the nail right on the head. We talk a lot about how upsetting and bewildering it is to see people who should know better acting like this, unapologetically. I don’t get it and maybe, like my Bluesky mates, that’s a good thing. Great read as always

I work as a casual roady and it leads to me being on hold with Centrelink for about 2 hours a month. I don't have set hours. Whatever I report for one week, they always assume will be the same for ever more. I tell them that my hours are random, and they literally cannot record this fact.
