I'm Tom, I work in game design and I also make video game music remixes on YT 🎵

I don't know what it is, but I genuinely feel like there'll be a big Kingdom Hearts 4 re-reveal trailer within the next 3 months. Those screenshots from May can't be *just* an apology post for Missing Link's cancellation

Final Fantasy 15 was actually my first FF game, back in 2016 😅 (Not counting something like the Kingdom Hearts games with FF cameos; I'd played those years before)

Final Fantasy 15 was actually my first FF game, back in 2016 😅 (Not counting something like the Kingdom Hearts games with FF cameos; I'd played those years before)

It's good that Metroid Prime 4 comes with an easy mode because I just got reminded of these absolutely infuriating miniboss enemies in Metroid Prime 1

I played the online demo on the weekend and while it's quite a lot of fun, I concluded that I probably won't buy the full game straight away. Might wait for a sale at some point in Spring 2026

I'm nearly at the end of this game now, and while it's been pretty enjoyable, any section with enemies basically guarantees I'll be failing and re-attempting the section like 5 times, even on Easy Mode
I can't focus on jittery first-person combat and cool parkour at the same time, it's a bad clash

Firstly, the main parkour stuff is fun, there's a cool flow to everything even when it's all first-person
Secondly the visuals are REALLY impressive still, even 16 years later

For a second there I thought that Hayner had a small Olette head growing at the back of his shoulder because in this specific shot their arm colours seamlessly blend into eachother

The Kirby Air Riders online demo on Switch 2 is incredibly fun, I've just been playing random races and the City Trial mode multiple times
I never played the original Air Ride on GC but it always had my interest due to *slight* similarities to Sonic Riders
