I left twitter when First Lady Felonia first took it over.

I try not to shitpost. Sometimes I also try to be funny.

Especially while at the same time, accepting tax dollars for said private jet while moving money around to avoid paying income taxes.

1%ers pay nothing because the middle class pays more to make up for it. But the squeezed middle class makes too much income to qualify for ACA subsidies etc.
Thou shalt not shame people for not being dressed up and super nice on commercial flights when you use tax dollars to buy private jets for yourselves.

Tell me again how it’s not a war on women. I’d gut every single one of them like the jellyfish they are.

Kelly, I’m sure you also agree.
It’s also a war on disabled people. Those professions support the integration of disabled children and adults into society. Every last one of them. If women can’t get degrees in these fields funded because they aren’t “professions” any more, many disabled people will be institutionalized.

Poverty is a policy choice. Concentrated wealth is a policy choice. Inequality is a policy choice. None of it is natural or inevitable. Remember: We have the power to build a system that serves the many, not the powerful few.

Considering how often former Israeli PM Ehud Barak socialized with Jeffrey Epstein, one has to wonder if the kompromat included Zionism. Both Trump and Bill Clinton (at the very least) had that in common.

Still wild to me that Trump pointed in a woman’s face and said “Quiet, Piggy!” and literally no one who witnessed it was like “Whoa, there bro” either because they didn’t care or they weren’t surprised, or both.

Like probably most women, I’m not a bit surprised when we find out that rich and powerful scumbag men also have sexually abused, assaulted, or raped at least 1 woman. These men start with misogyny.

A sign of poor character is abusing those you think are beneath you.

Roy Cohn showed DJT how to cheat, then DJT found Elon Musk. For more, check out what biographer @sethabramson.bsky.social wrote about them.

The Situation Room is normally used for secret national security-related planning.

On Wednesday, White House officials held a meeting with Lauren Boebert about the Epstein files in the Situation Room.

Karoline Leavitt wouldn't say why it was held there.

These people like John Fetterman have one religion in common: Wealth.

Its credo is that a person’s worth is directly proportional to the amount of investments you have.

If you don’t invest, and you live off of a salary instead, they don’t give a shit and are contemptuous about you. #EatTheRich
@fetterman.senate.gov and the traitorous 7 can fuck all the way off. Our premiums are going from a manageable $385/month to $1961/month due to subsidies not being extended.

I live in PA, so his refusal to listen to constituents like me whose premiums are increasing by 500% is infuriating.

MTG, as always, is saying things that get her what she’s always wanted: attention, support, and votes.

What she says might change, but the intent behind her message has not.
Please stop falling for the MTG is a new person con.

This is true everywhere, but especially true in parts of the country where the prevailing cultural trait is frugality, even when it isn’t lean times. Like Pennsylvania Dutch, for instance. Building anything luxurious or extravagant is madness when the grocery store prices are high.
What brings voters together in NJ for Sherrill, VA for Spanberger, NY for Mamdani, and even GA for the two Public Service Commissioners? AFFORDABILITY. While Trump is focused on building a ballroom and remodeling his bathroom, Democrats are laser-focused on bringing down costs.

There is enough there that the wealthiest 400 Americans could put poverty in the history books if they so desired, with $2.4 trillion left over.

Hoarding wealth while others starve is unconscionable. #EatTheRich
The 400 richest Americans are now worth a record $6.6 trillion.

The entire bottom 50% of America is worth just $4.2 trillion.

Read that back.

When 400 people control more wealth than half a country’s population, we have a very serious problem.

This is heartwarming 💗💗💗
Just had an awesome moment;
There was a knock on my door. Two ppl I didn't recognize were there. Asked for my help. They'd heard that one of my neighbors (whose SNAP benefits were cut off) needed help with food and they wanted to drop some off for the family.
Totally awesome. 💖

We should be able to agree that there’s nothing wrong with someone on SNAP treating themselves or their kids once in awhile

The idea that if you’re poor you must never have a “treat” reinforces the notion that poverty is a choice and a failing

It’s neither, and we shouldn’t police anyone’s food
