Important to point out that people do not become homeless. They are MADE homeless. And with homelessness rising from a few hundred people to over 17k in the last decade it’s clear that the government are in the homelessness business.

Cabinet to sign-off on major plan to build data centres today.

Worth looking into the backlash (across the spectrum) in the US to the building of data centres due to high energy and water consumption, noise pollution and, of course, electricity bills.

All the data points to micro plastics being a massive human health issue, never mind the effects they're having throughout the natural world.

How is the plastics industry continuing to get away with pushing inconceivable amounts of toxic pollution into the environment, and our own bodies?
1/4:

“What plastics do to human organs is subject to intense study. When scientists add microplastics to human tissue samples in the laboratory, it can result in cell death, immune reactions and tissue damage. And hundreds of studies have exposed animals —
Your brain is full of microplastics: are they harming you?
Plastics have infiltrated every recess of the planet, including your lungs, kidneys and other sensitive organs. Scientists are scrambling to understand their effects on health.

An aspect of the defeated bill to ban fox hunting that it seems was intentionally misrepresented.

It did NOT include preventing fox control via shooting, only the hideously cruel use of dogs, snares, or traps.

The issue must be revisited, with this point made crystal clear.
Communications from some TDs opposing the Bill contained misinformation. Some said the Bill would prevent farmers from shooting foxes to protect their livestock, but the Bill sought to ban fox hunting with hounds specifically, as well as the trapping and snaring of foxes.

After waiting years he was removed from the waiting list without his parent's knowledge. He was classified as a palliative patient who couldn't benefit from sugery, but that's contradicted by Great Ormond St Hospital in London. Great to see Scotland and Wales blazing a trail when it comes to rewilding. 80% of Scots want their government to support rewilding, I'd say the figure is similar in Ireland but, remarkably, there is no official backing for the idea.

There we have it… Eoin Hayes received €199,000 pre-tax when he divested his shares in Palantir in JULY of this year.

This is despite telling journalists earlier he did so before entering politics.
