i really do love (hate) how "transmed" has become such a meaningless slur. somehow (read: rampant levels of cissexism) the words to describe the systemic oppression and literal torture of trans people by the medical establishment turned into "trans woman online who i don't like".

remembered the game catherine (2011) again recently and how much i love it. it was so formative for me! i think erica was the first out trans woman in a video game i played that was depicted (mostly) positively. also katherine is SO me this is a catherine hate account and a katherine praise account

i find myself annoyed with how fervently so many trans women insist that progesterone is a placebo. if a cis woman needs it, you do too! why is it hard for people to believe that all hormones have effects! it does in fact work, even if you did not go from a b cup to an h cup in two weeks flat.
