At this point, I don't think there's a single human outside of Russia (or its puppets) that doesn't view Putin as a war criminal. There's no way back for him...

How is it possible for russian society to be this hateful, this devoid of humanity? But equally, how can we, as free and powerful nations, keep sitting on our hands watching atrocities on such horrifying scale? We have the resources, the tools, the moral obligation. When will we use them?
