I cannot emphasise ENOUGH how important it is o get your contract checked by @societyofauthors.bsky.social before you sign. A key area is where there is no clause for rights reversion, and you want to take back all of the rights or just some and you can't

What a difference in a year. I still have bad days. But reasons to stay are easier to find each day.

Charles Person, who was the youngest of the Freedom Riders in 1961, has passed away at age 82.

With his passing, Hank Thomas is the last remaining of the original Freedom Riders.
