He is talking about Democratic Sen. Slotkin, Sen. Kelly, Rep. Deluzio, Rep. Crow, Rep. Houlahan, & Rep. Goodlander, all former military who made a PSA reminding current military members that they have an obligation to refuse illegal orders and legal protection for doing so.

However, I'm willing to bet that they will never actually indict anyone, because as soon as someone is indicted their lawyers would be able to ask for the Epstein files for discovery purposes.

But they won't ever actually indict anyone, because the minute they indict someone, that person's lawyers will have to have access to the Epstein files as part of discovery.

Agreed! The couple at the center of that case (David & David) are former students of mine, and one of them made that point to me a couple of months ago when Davis first made the appeal, that her case was really narrow and not at all a suitable vehicle. The court will look for a better vehicle.
