There is a station closure at Civic Center and there are major delays on the San Francisco Line in all directions due to an equipment problem on the track. There is currently no train service between Montgomery and 24th St. Mission stations.

She reported him missing to Houston police. But instead of reuniting them, the city turned him over to ICE.
