Some foods include fish (tuna, sardines, trout, salmon), eggs, dairy (cheese, yogurt, etc.), several kinds of Vitamin D-fortified milk (including cow, goat, almond, soy, etc).
Reminder to us Northern Hemisphere peeps - add some Vitamin D to your diet somehow!
