Tried some cocktail crab claws from Atlantic Red Crab Company purchased at Costco. I thawed a portion and served it with a sauce of butter and garlic and a bit of Old Bay seasoning.

IF you're cooking up to a 12 lb turkey and have a rack that will cover a large sheet pan, THEN this absolutely works. Just be careful doing the spatchcock cutting.
