A fun fact about this guy in Force Unleashed 2 is that originally he was named “the Orlock” after Nosferatu, but after we had already recorded and animated, somebody in legal decided that we might get sued by the Murnau estate.

Not having him and/or Black Sun in Outlaws kinda baffles me.

Battlefront II for GBA was featured in this episode of The New Adventures of Old Christine on October 9, 2006, about 11 months after its release. Just one problem -- it never came out for GBA. You also never burned any villages (right?). So much wrong here in just 12 seconds!

"Bear"? Or Ewok?!

This looks super fun either way.

June 14 1997, Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire debuted on the N64 in Japan!

It is unique among Nintendo 64 games for using a digitized orchestral soundtrack (from the excellent Joel McNeely composition) instead of MIDI-sequenced synthesis, which was the original plan!

A true Star Wars gaming rarity just hit eBay.

$445.95 is actually a very good price, too, believe it or not. www.ebay.com/itm/33598569...

Years from now, EA\'s Battlefront II will be remembered as...

1️⃣ ...the game with a disastrous launch
2️⃣️ ...the game that heroically recovered from a disastrous launch
3️⃣ ...just being a great Star Wars game
4️⃣ Something else (please comment!)

Learned something today!
May 18 1999, Star Wars: Episode 1 Racer debuted on the N64 in the Americas!

The title weirdly lacks the term "pod" due to Ubisoft releasing POD: Planet Of Death in 1997, also a futuristic racer, two years prior to this game and owning a trademark for racing games with "pod" in the title!

I gotta say: the Darth Jar Jar skin looks fine, but the bundle with the old-fashioned Episode I Jar Jar Binks looks *fantastic.*

Very excited about the launch of the 2nd dlc I worked on!
I mostly did architecture kits, so not exactly worth making an artstation post, but that dlc was a lot of fun 💅

Oooooh I forgot! I'm off to meet Kay Vess for one last adventure! Too bad I won't have time to play it right away (especially since I'm in the middle of Jedi survivor lol).

I like Kay Vess, but it’s going to be hard to go stealthing again in the new Outlaws DLC without wishing I were Kleya instead.

SUPER-MINOR ANDOR SPOILER AHEAD

Anyone else try to apply your recently acquired understanding of sabacc to that one scene in Andor last night? Anyone else fail miserably at that?

Quick, fun LucasArts marketing department story from 2005 to start your #StarWarsDay weekend:

The Episode III: Revenge of the Sith movie game turns 20 on Monday, May 5. No one was saying #RevengeOfTheFifth like they do today, and we unfortunately didn't recognize that clever pun ourselves. But...

If you weren't awake at 3:30 a.m. ET, here's the Star Wars: Zero Company panel in its entirety: www.youtube.com/live/q0trVP5...

Plus a few screens from the panel that I don't believe are being sent out to press.
April 19, 2025 at 3:29 PM
Really can't wait to see this tonight! (Er... first thing in the morning is much more likely.)

PREDICTION: The Zero Company panel ends with official confirmation of Star Wars Jedi 3. *Maybe* a title for it too, but probably just confirmation the game is in production. No date or details.
EA presents
#StarWars ZERO COMPANY

Developed by Bit Reactor with support from Lucasfilm Games and Respawn.

Single-player turn-based tactics game, similar to the likes of CIV or XCOM.

More about Zero Company will be revealed at a live panel on Saturday, April 19 at 12:30am PT
