I was issued a black Camelbak backpack from the Air Force in 2004. I’ve used it almost every day since, with a couple zipper replacements.

I’m not sure how many people know this, but you can talk to any agent at any gate about your flight. If there’s a line at all, or you find a particularly unhelpful agent, go to another less-busy gate.
