The claim was: “Putin have (sic) infiltrated agents in every Finnish army unit or security service even now.” Quite a grave issue if true. Yet despite multiple requests to back this nonsense up with data, this anonymous user only brings up (equally unsubstantiated) claims about Sweden... Byebye, 🧌

This reminds me of a 🇫🇮 Finnish war hero General’s experience during a Cold War visit to the UK. A 🇬🇧 counterpart supposedly asked him:

This reminds me of a 🇫🇮 Finnish war hero General’s experience during a Cold War visit to the UK. A 🇬🇧 counterpart supposedly asked him:

She holds, however, the title of Supreme Commander of the Irish Defence Forces. Must be great for those serving in those forces to hear that their Supreme Commander thinks Ireland doesn’t need an army.

One can draw a vertical line through any year on the timeline of any type & age structure graph to quickly see what vessels were in service at that point, homeported where and in what stage of their service lives.

The idea of Chapter 3 (link.springer.com/chapter/10.1...) in that book was to provide aspiring naval analysts with a primer explaining some basics of naval procurement and offering some tools to get a grip on a complex empirical reality. Here are some tables and a chart that may still be useful ⬇️
