Need a delicious gluten-free (or multiple allergy free) meal, you should try this one.

I made the seasoning/marinade, used ¼ tsp of rosemary instead of thyme (didn't have thyme), and tossed Butternut Squash and kale with it.

Craving Chicken and Waffles but have food allergies?

If you're not already familiar with @theloopywhisk this is your sign!

I followed her instructions on making these gluten-free waffles, including the recipe for the flour blend.

These waffles are not overly sweet like many gluten-free recipes.

My Gluten-free dinner tonight is a play on Colcannon with some beef polska kielbasa. It's also dairy free.

Additionally, it's an inexpensive, yet delicious, meal for those who have food allergies.

We just saw this, and it’s a good idea for businesses to post. Private businesses are allowed to set dress and conduct rules. Requiring no full face coverings has long been standard for safety and loss prevention reasons, and it is within a business’s rights to refuse entry or service.

Do you have a bunch of recipes saved in your phone?

Get started making them this year!

I finallygot around to making this bean dip (?) from @Kylie Sakaida.

I used it as a side here and added some cubed & seasoned chicken breasts for extra protein.

This is a keeper!

I wanted to remind everyone that making delicious meals to your gluten-free peeps is not difficult.

I made a sandwich w/scrambled eggs, bacon, & hash brown patties (read labels). Change up the ingredients to include cheese, avocado slices, or sautéed vegetables. Wrap the "sandwich" deli-style.

With the holidays upon us, I'd like to share a family favorite with y'all.

This Blueberry Bread is from @platedcravings. The recipe is super easy, uses minimal ingredients, and quick to make.

This can be made dairy free by swapping the milk for plant based milk.

Walmart, McDonalds and Amazon are the largest employers of people who require SNAP assistance.

The CEOs earned between 18-40 million last year, 1000x their median employee income.

They took billions in profits, while their workers relied on SNAP to survive.

Wanna fix fraud and abuse?

Fix that.

I conducted tests on my Gluten-free Vegan Cinnamon Rolls the other day. I had them in the freezer for a few weeks, frosted, then reheated from frozen in my air fryer. They took about 20 minutes to heat through. They tasted like they were made the same day.

Positive results! 🥰

If you have a problem with what people are buying on EBT (food stamps), your issue should be with corporations, not the person. Ultra-processed foods more often are cheaper & in larger quantities than healthy foods. People with limited money are making decisions based on how long they can be fed.
Why do people buy pizza with EBT?

Because cauliflower is five dollars a head and you can buy five pizzas with the same money.

It’s not that folks don’t want to be healthy. They can’t afford to be healthy.

The Walton family (who own Walmart) are worth over $400 billion, yet many of their employees are on SNAP.

Bezos is worth over $400 billion, many Amazon employees require SNAP.

The people who need help are not the problem.

It’s corporate greed. It’s an unwillingness to pay a living wage.
