This ruling is about the training, rather than the output, and makes sense (in the context of existing law) ‐ training in and of itself is pretty transformative and doesn't impact the creators market.

The Disney case is about the outputs, which I think is what most people care about?

Fill the freezer with stuff, even if it doesn't need to be frozen– mass takes longer to warm up than air, so that extra stuff helps to keep everything else cold if the power goes!
