There was a big jump in scams after self-publishing took off, but it feels like it’s so much worse now. People publishing AI-written books on Amazon under well-known authors’ names, marketing scammers, and now this. Ugh.

I’ve always had good experiences with my clients, but I’m pretty horrified by how many scams have started dogging our industry over the last year or so.
