it means a lot of things when folks say "get involved" re: recent politics and i fully believe it includes things like this. community and togetherness. it's not about winning or losing, it's about persevering and growing together

Impressions of Cold Steel so far: It really really wants to be Persona 3. and I definitely think that works for it especially when the ways in which it is different is mostly that it is still a Trails game. And Persona doesn't hold a candle in making the npcs feel like they also live in the world

There is something immediately very dissonant about Trails of Cold Steel considering all of the baggage of Erebonia in this setting. The last two games were pretty much about the harm of imperialism and it's weird to be like okay and now lets go to school there. 3 games to see, but I am worried.
