People have made fun of me for years re: my sensitivity to light at night… Very grateful for this kind of research.

Crazy me went there today, too. It was crowded in the aisles but they were fully staffed with almost no lines at checkout. Happy new computer!

Practice makes perfect! My mom taught me that. You would have liked her, Jerry. 😁

This comment, “Just the sight of a sick person can be enough to prompt a viewer’s brain to ramp up the immune system.” suggested to me an explanation for how doctors, even teachers, can be around sick people and not always get sick themselves. So fascinating. Thank you!

I called. Receptionist said “most powerful man in science” was “meant to be tongue in cheek.”

Waited 20 mins on hold. Got through. She was nice. “I think it was meant to be tongue in cheek.” “He was interviewed last June.” I was grateful to her for taking my call but not buying the bullshit & said it should be pulled, esp after last week’s news of him & “her.”

I want us to come up with the equivalent of all those people in Charlotte buying 17¢ ice scrapers at Home Depot and then returning them. Jamming up the process.

The phone number for The Atlantic Magazine's customer service is 800-234-2411. Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM ET.

I'm sure he was as truthful with Scherer as he was with Senator Cassidy, his wife, his former wife, the wife before that, the environmentalists he used to join in warning about climate change, etc.

He is responsible for killing many. He has no experience in HEALTH. You are making a mass mistake conflating him with positive health outcomes and giving him a romantic, blasphemed cover. Is it just for clicks? What else could it possibly be? Especially after the f*lching revelations last week?
November 24, 2025 at 5:54 PM
And the blasphemy of him holding a rosary. The whole premise is vile, anti-health, anti-democracy. The quest for clicks will kill us so much faster than necessary.

The Atlantic should instead be calling for his ouster if they had any sense of/for humanity whatsoever.
