A piece about the complicated and controversial life and times of Mo Farah, who I first met when he was 16, and the challenges of reporting on that, fairly and accurately, in the face of PRs and lawyers

Mo Farah: a case study of asking difficult questions to a lauded sportsperson you admire

Regardless of what happens some Liverpool players will be criticised at some point, but none of them have been charged for coercive behaviour towards women.

Fuck Marseille for playing him.

I don't really post anymore, but I would like to carry on writing books at some point in the future.

Hate to be annoying, but any chance you could retweet so old twitter followers can find me if they want to? Going to delete my twitter, or at least abandon it on lock and let it die a slow death.

Last season should be enough [to back Slot]. Looks like everyone takes for granted what we achieved. The situation is not only slot's responsibility, as a senior player I share it with him

This is why you fight these cowards.

The moment you stand up to them, they crumble.

Homan has nothing. The Fourth Amendment is clear and I am well within my duties to educate people of their rights.

He can threaten me with jail and call names all he wants. He’s got nothing else.

Fantastic. Its exactly how I feel watching TNT and Sky.
I would love nothing more than an atmosphere only option when viewing the game
Just the background natural noise, no "Fletch" building narratives, no co-com being biased or bending over backwards to appear unbiased (Carra) , just the football.
