It's always been the same. The press is fully owned by rich Tories & fascists and the 'impartial' BBC just follows their lead. Wilson was attacked in much the same way and even had MI5 investigating him as a Soviet asset.

It's not about earnings, though some CEOs pay is obscene, it's about wealth. Why are earnings from rents or interest on assets taxes at a lower rate than wages for work. Have the Greens plans to fix this.
PS I'm somewhere in the top 10% in the UK as far as assets are concerned so would cost me.

I grew up in the 50s & 60s surrounded by people who'd actually fought in WW2 and if anyone had said anything positive about Hitler it would've been a very short conversation.

Do re-interpret what you meant by 'bit harsh' in regard to a jail sentence for allowing their dog to maul a child? A human child, of course. I'm sure you'd want a longer sentence if it had been one of your 'boys' that had been hurt.

The sense of entitlement of some dog owners is currently off the scale. What do you think would be the appropriate sentence for an adult that assaulted a 9 yr old with any weapon other than a dog!
