How do you fix skyrocketing health insurance premiums? Don't look to the GOP...maybe not even ObamaCare Dems (though I feel like it was an effort worth trying). Nope. But, you can look at someone like me who has a proposal: pass a law that requires health insurance to be non-profit. Cap admin fees.
