I was due on Have I got News for You.

Question Time invited me to immigration special in Dover.

We spoke to HIGNFY producers. "Makes total sense! Come on in 2026 instead!"

Ian Hislop probably didn't hear that but just for the record on the facts!

This move is fine, but while the Government still levy 20% VAT on refurbishments against 5% for new builds, it's a bit of token signalling. Source: The Architects’ Journal

You do not gotta hand it to the IRA but you do have to concede they were doing actual murderous terrorism, so it seems somewhat unusual that we are treating anti-genocide activists and members of the public protesting like they are literally terrorists seeking to destroy the state.

Good to see a new Government review launched on foreign £ in UK politics.

It should go further though. Last year, I launched a Parliamentary petition to ban ALL private £ in uk politics.
This would be hugely transformative. It got debated in the Commons & a review was mooted.

I’m often first to criticise the Govt on dentistry, but welcome this step. Easier access for urgent care and complex needs is good, but without proper contract reform and funding, NHS dentistry remains broken. Real reform is still urgently needed. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Labour's gormless tactic under Starmer puppet master McSweeney, is always to shadow the main opposition. It doesn't work but he presumably thinks it won him the General election (it didn't).
