The term "fog of war" does NOT remotely apply to the ordering of a lethal missile attack on a single fishing boat. There is absolutely no confusion about what was ordered, what the target was, and the intended killing of all the men on that fishing boat. This was murder, plain and simple

Interesting that Forbes has London as the number one best city in the world in which to live (for the 10th year running). I guess the Spectator is nostalgic for the "good old days" when a landlord could proudly put a poster in his window saying, "No Blacks, no dogs, no Irish"
