I should have anticipated that the yield would be kinda low considering the kind of yogurt I like.
But the A2 milk means hubby can eat it too!

Update: it turned out great! 10hrs of straining was a liiiitle too long so I had to stir some whey back in. But the texture is on freaking point!

Taking this opportunity to remind folks that the Great Smoky Mountains National Park has no entrance fee.
It did in the recent past implement a nominal parking fee if you plan to park within the park for more than 15 minutes.

And they spend a lot of money on hotels, food, souvenirs, etc.

I think I am going to try making my own Greek yogurt. My preferred brand is getting pricey, and the one I get from Costco is way too thin for my preference and it's pissing me off.
Plus, if I can successfully make it with a2 milk my husband can eat it, too.

- oil change + washer fluid top-up in the eggrolla
- new phone mount for the truck
- hooked the dishwasher back up to the water supply and testing for leaks
- bought an electric pole saw and cleaned up the tree that's been dropping sap on our cars for years
- made chili
