Just like the Boston patriots demanded so many years ago, Hoosiers deserve fair representation since they are paying taxes.

But the proposed early redistricting scheme seeks to redraw Congressional voting maps, and could eliminate that representation for 40% of Hoosiers.

Postponed? Love to see the cracks in their plans. We've got to keep up the pressure.
Important updates for Monday’s rally - postponed, but lots of ways to take action!

The Republican Senate Majority Leader chose to send the Senate HOME rather than hold a vote to fund SNAP.

He will force a vote 13 times on a bill he knows won't pass rather than vote ONE time on a bill to fund SNAP we KNOW would pass.

Shameful.

Governor Braun plans to vote on his brazen redistricting plan to unfairly represent Hoosiers on Nov 3rd. All 10 Democratic state senators are opposed. Republicans are mixed, and we have one more week to let them know where we stand. Call at (800) 382-9467
As pressure mounts, here's where every Indiana senator stands on Trump's redistricting push
An intense pressure campaign is waging against the Indiana Senate, which may not have the votes for redistricting. Here's our tally.

Time for us to make a last minute push calling legislators, my fellow Hoosiers.
Heads up: Indiana's Republican governor just called a special session to consider a new congressional map.

Trump and JD Vance have been pressuring Republicans in the state for months to further gerrymander their map.

Big news out of Indiana today as Republican legislators surprise everyone by saying no to Donald Trump.

Each crack in Trump’s facade of inevitability will lead to more. Let’s keep it up!

He’s bacckkkk...JD Vance knows that this administration’s policies are so widely unpopular that in order to win in the future, they will have to cheat to win. Join @madvoters.bsky.social and others at the Indiana Statehouse at noon this Friday to let them know — NO TO REDISTRICTING! #hoosieractivism

Unbelievable. They don't even pretend to do their jobs.
House just made next week a recess. So unless the Senate passes the House CR (or the House changes its mind and comes back), the shutdown could stretch to October 14 at this rate

This morning at 11am, corner of Hathorn and Broadway in Somerville MA. 3 ICE vehicles idling on nearby corners. I was following two ICE cars that were cruising around the neighborhood.

This person was just walking down the sidewalk when two ICE vehicles stopped and officers jumped out to stop him.

Q: How does Trump saying "I hate my opponent and I don't want the best for them" square with bringing down the temperature of political violence?

LEAVITT: Look, the president is authentically himself. I think that's why millions of Americans across the country love him.

This is the biggest attack on free speech since the McCarthy era but it also has significantly less popular consensus behind it than the second Red Scare. It's being done on behalf of a minority faction led by the most unpopular president in modern history. Organizing against this can win.

BOOM. The federal appeals court rules Trump's tariffs illegal, because they are.

There's no national emergency, and so the power to tariff a country rests with Congress.

Trump admin has lost at every stage of the process, but stay tuned for the Supremes to chime in.
