This is INCREDIBLE.
I'm down to about 200 lbs (I was as heavy as 275 during COVID, & I was 250 in May). I'm now able to run 5 miles in 50 minutes, & it's weird in that I'm not out of breath when the run finishes. I mostly just pace myself so I don't pull a muscle.

Had the Miami HEAT been able to draft Skal Labissière, he’d have had a much better career. Unfortunately, though, he was drafted by the Sacramento Kings, where careers went to die during the 2010s. Imagine him being mentored by Chris Bosh for a few years as he developed.

I don’t think A24’s missed yet. Their films bear a unique sort of quality and originality that is welcome in this current theatrical scene. I don’t remember a single A24 film that didn’t leave me feeling impressed in some form or fashion.
