Two of my favorite celebrities. I've been searching for that Big Time t-shirt since I saw her wear it on "Hot Ones" the other day. It's probably a collector's item, though.

This is a great recommendation. While many of her songs act as a preservation of what may have become lost history, they're as alive as yesterday.
Her documentary series on PBS is well worth anyone's time.
Let’s begin our Sunday morning with a positive and uplifting vibe

What Did the Blackbird Say to the Crow

Thanks for recognizing the power of field recordings and the music of our ancestors-pure and unadulterated.

What's going on at the @jacobinmag.bsky.social? Imperfect is having a DUI and a shoplifting incident not being a former Blackwater operative with a Nazi tattoo. Being charismatic and working with your hands doesn't excuse that.
Establishment Democrats spent a full year complaining the Left forced them to be “woke.”

But then a left populist, Graham Platner, threatened to win in Maine, so they went right back to trying to cancel someone over old internet posts.

Museums are,for the most part, the few physical locations for ephemeral things like stories. They’re an experience fans can share outside of a book.
The Robert E. Howard House & Museum in Cross Plains, TX is in need of imminent repair work to its foundations, as well as moisture and termite damage. If you can afford to give a little to help keep this bit of pulp history alive, it would be appreciated.

This is one of my favorite pieces he did, because it implied that there was far more than a monster movie going on. It created a mythological, occult element to the aliens.
They shouldn't just be extraterrestrial beings or the result of experiments, they should've been something far worse.

This is another example of the generosity of wrestlers. This is great. I was even worried about her a couple of times.
Japan has a wrestling camp for kids where at the end they have a show match in front of their parents to show off what they learned.

Thought you'd enjoy this.
