I am deeply saddened to learn that Jeanne Stine, Troy's beloved former mayor, passed away yesterday. Mayor Stine served her community for decades and made history as the first woman to be elected Mayor of Troy.

Women with disabilities earn just 56 cents for every dollar earned by non-disabled men. On this Disabled Women's Equal Pay Day, let's commit to closing the wage gap and removing barriers to success. If I've learned anything as Chair of the Disability Caucus, it's that systems need to change. #mileg
