For the record: I will not send another cent to Kristi Noem or Stephen Miller while the department they run is shredding the Constitution and murdering American citizens in the streets.

A two-week extension is two weeks too long. I’m voting no.

At a time when the federal government is imposing tariffs that hurt small businesses and making it harder for entrepreneurs to succeed, Boston is doing the opposite—and that’s how we make our city a home for everyone.

The Trump Administration’s ongoing occupations of peaceful American cities are unconstitutional and illegal.

Boston is leading a coalition of cities supporting the lawsuit by the State of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and St. Paul to end their occupation by more than two thousand federal agents.

Tear gas is banned in international warfare, yet classified as a “riot control agent” that law enforcement can use for crowd control.

“It just doesn’t work well, and it hits the weakest people the most, and causes the most complications in them,” an anesthesiology professor at Duke University said.
Tear Gas Is Way More Dangerous Than Police Let On

Predicting that this week we’ll hear more conciliatory words from the Administration regarding Minnesota (since they’re starting to realize that ICE has become politically toxic) but everyone outside of Minnesota needs to know that nothing on the ground has changed.

Donald Trump said today that "Republicans should say, we want to take over. We should take over the voting."

My life's work is to prevent that from happening. I built a law firm to stop it. I started Democracy Docket as another tool in the fight for democracy. Subscribe now. hubs.ly/Q03M8rql0

I would love to go back to the days when I didn't wake up and wonder how and why the president is in the news again. I really didn't appreciate how nice it was for the president to just do his job for the betterment of the U.S. and ALL it's citizens. He's a horrible person and unfit for the job.

Feb. 1, 1960, 4 NC A&T students sat-in at the “whites only” counter at Woolworths in Greensboro. Their defiance ignited a movement led to the birth of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee.

Young people fuel movements. It is inspiring to see that today they still do.

"My advice to [DHS], if they're watching:

If you come into [our hearing] and try to justify that [Pretti] was assaulting a police officer, that cannot be acceptable."
