Eight years ago, Scottish activist Jagtar Singh Johal was abducted off the street while on honeymoon with his wife in India.

He has been detained on charges based on a “confession” extracted under torture ever since.

The UK must apply maximum diplomatic pressure on India to secure his release.

It has been 3 years and the Chelsea funds have remained stuck with not a penny to those who need it the most. It's crucial that the funds are unlocked and a portion given to survivors of the conflict as reparation.
