cryptkeeper-ass president shouting at the median voter that they're stupid pieces of shit who deserve nothing is a brilliant strategy, sir, no one's ever motivated an electorate like you can

Are indictments a precondition for imprisonment?

Or do they propose skipping that stage?

Vance's identity politics

Full of sickening racist lies

Trump's malicious identity politics is disgusting and reflects hatred of freedom

My biggest critique of Republicans might be the identity politics

Lori Chavez DeRemer's prayer service for example

Violates the no religious test clause for the sake of Christian identity politics

Agree, very likely they did this with no paper trails. Possible they even did it over Signal. But usually there's at least something in the record you can get with FOIA.
My bet is Blanche or Ensign or some other ghoul called Taylor directly. There may be no emails. (Then again, these aren't very bright guys.) If there's any plausible way she can do it, Xinis should drag Taylor into court.
Anyway, a very good FOIA to file this morning would be for all emails and calls received in the last 24 hours by the immigration “judge” who issued the order.

It is not! A “scrivener’s error” is for things like fixing typos or very minor non-material errors, not retroactively adding a deportation order that doesn’t current exist!
Is "correcting" a previous order like this a real thing?

My full write-up:

In a dramatic series of overnight developments, the Trump administration took extraordinary steps to try to re-detain Kilmar Abrego Garcia within hours of his court-ordered release, but a federal judge stepped in and blocked the move.
