My christmas present shopping has been pushed back so far, now it's running the risk of deliveries not turning up before christmas and is getting increasingly erratic.

There's been a lot of talk about this on facebook...
The original bridge was built quite quickly, but they discovered cracking of the abutments before it opened.
This inevitably delayed opening, and when it did there was a 5mph speed restriction on it!
People seem to think it's just the deck...
