Dog is in at the dentist today having a clean. Being a nearly 9 year old chihuahua it’s the time in her life where she’s starting to lose teeth.
Just got a call to say they have to take four of her lower incisors and I’m so sad she’ll be losing her silly little smile 😭

Not to be that guy, but if someone is discussing a debilitating/long-term health condition with you - don’t use humour like “I think I’d just kill myself if it were me” to diffuse your discomfort.

Maybe I’m way too paranoid, or I’ve done too many InfoSec training videos but I probably would recommend that you do not do this.
On a train from Glasgow last week, the man next to me left a USB charger cable plugged in when he got off at Lancaster. I plugged my phone in. No-one complained, so I kept the cable when I left the train.
