I was showering and grabbed a bottle shampoo from the bath tub rim, 1 meter away. Entire shoulder froze up. Lasted for 3 days. Still do not know what really triggered it.
What's the most ridiculous way you ever hurt yourself? I got out of the tub, skidded in water and tripped over the toilet. Ankle sprain.

Tips van de hardloopcoach hebben gewerkt! Voetjes wat meer onder het lichaam en landen met licht gebogen knie. Nu veel meer mijn eigen tempo gerend ipv uitstappen omdat ik naar voren wordt getorpedeerd. Kuit gaat super. Volgende week drie keer inplannen! #hardlopen #runsky

After seeing the Murderbot Dairies season 1, I was piqued how the books would be. The first book is a mere 144 pages and reads like fire. Other books to follow - this looks like a promising serie!
