1) Trade starter to get Donovan
2) Trade Myers to get starter
3) Trade Sanchez to get money
4) Sign 2 pitchers whose ages total 80 (can be any combo)
5) Sign a backup catcher to play CF
6) Trade CI to deplete injury flexibility
7) Don't get hurt ok?

I'm not going to judge the Dubon trade too harshly because, as others have pointed out, it's not really a needle-mover. But it's pretty clear the overarching objective is the luxury tax and if we win hey that's a cool side effect, rather than the other way around.
