well RBS is still in planning phase but moving along. big issues is now there isn't a ton of free money out there due to the new fed admin and pa state repubs fucking everyone over again. now septa is just trying to figure out how to keep the lights on let alone building something new.

well yes but also think if I had to I would take paying 3 dollars to go anywhere in the city fast and frequent with a system for those who can not pay to ride for free then having a free fare but sitting in traffic while others dont have busses at all.

well that would be nice, but with septa finances and capacity, and the state senate, and the current federal admin. you cant really do that, think the priority list should be like the RBS, navy yard ext, west Chester RR, then RR to Reading/Allentown. + other big projects in the city.

Oh for sure rail can bring density but there is better places to bring that density. Even if they made the spur line its still just a the NSHL not heavy rail or anything. better we spend that time and money on say denseifying the BLVD.
